Bridgewater Riding Club is home to some of the North Wests biggest monthly horse & pony shows. Based in Cheshire, Bridgewater Riding Club welcomes over 300 entries of all ages and abilities each month across 7 different arenas with events including Show Jumping, Working Hunter, Equitation, Showing, Family, Handy Pony, Handy Horse & Gymkhana.
Calling all Bridgewater Riding Club members your help is needed to tidy the show field on Saturday 21st for a few hours.
If you can lend us a couple of hours of your time to lift some poles and make the field look gorgeous please let us know! You will get a free class entry.

Hatton & District Show Society Annual Trophy Horse Show returns on Saturday 11th September.
Trophies for all class winners with loads of classes suitable for beginners and youngsters alike including equitation, open showing, in-hand mountain and moorland, handy pony, lead rein equitation, working hunter and beginners jumping.

UPDATE: Thursday 5th August.
Unfortunately we have taken the decision to cancel Sunday 15th August’s show. This is not a decision we make easily as we put a huge amount of effort into preparing each show, however horse welfare is always our number 1 priority.
It has been made known to us that there is a case of strangles in the area and although the case will be totally cleared in time for the show we as a club feel that with so many horses coming from all over the North West, it’s not worth taking the risk for Sunday 15th.
We are really sorry to cancel however we hope you understand and appreciate our decision. Any pre-entries will be carried over to September’s show. For those who were coming to qualify for the North West Showjumping & Working Hunter Championships please click here for information about Wildcard entry.

August’s show will be another medal show, so if you missed out coming first today then don’t worry get ready for August for another chance of winning a medal!
August’s show will be your last chance to qualify for the North West Show Jumping and Working Hunter championships as qualifiers include North West Show Jumping Championships & North West Working Hunter Championships, Midland Association of Riding Clubs (MARC) and UK Showing.
As you will all know, one of our committee member’s Helen Platt and her horse Opal have qualified for Horse of the Year show through Search For A Star.
